You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

As the artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.

You are allowed to use your order for non-commercial purposes only unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). Any kind of my works/art, even it was commissioned, pre-existing or any other work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.

Commissions are not frist come, first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or i'm not able to work on it, and to work with clients whose order i feel most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product.

I work only with full prepayment trough PayPal (other payment methods can be disscussible). No e-cheks.

In the case of PayPal fraud/scam/chargeback, you will be automatically blacklisted; If this is concerning a design/character purchased from me, the full rights to the design/character return to me.

Any edits can be made during the sketching and lining phase; once sketch is approved i start working on lineart ➝ coloring ➝ background. I will only send a preview of the sketch before i finish working on the commission, so if you desire to see intermediate WIPs for lineart or flat colors please ask beforehand.

Payment plans: if we agree on a payment plan, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. You will receive what you are purchasing once you have paid in FULL. If you cancel your payment plan a refund will NOT be issued for what you have already paid.

I won't refund you after the payment is done, so please be sure you want and can afford it before commissioning! After payment I guarantee you'll get your commission. I will not issue refunds unless i have failed to properly communicate with the commissioner after 2 months of failed communication or reply.

I will not work off huge descriptions unless it's for a custom or revamp of a character design (reference sheet commission.)

Please, describe your preferences or what you'd like to get more conrete, it will save your and my time as well. Every next ask for change will result in an additional charge to be determined between the client and the artist. I will not move forward with a commission until the additional payment(s) (per charge) have been recieved in full.

Turnaround time always depends of my current queue and how many people there. The maximum waiting time for the commission - about 2 months after the sketch! Big works may take a more time, please, be patient. You can always ask about status of your commission.

If you purchase a design/character from me you may edit or change the design to your liking unless otherwise specified. But keep it recognizable.

You MUST credit me as the original creator (if you have toyhouse, my username there is Malaikat).

You are free to sell a character for the price you spent on them. If you got the adoptable / custom trough trade, you CAN sell it for the real worth of this design. But you are NOT allowed to put higher price without extra commissioned works (example: if you have traded from your side character with higher worth to get in exchange my design - it's not making my design cost higher due it).

You are NOT allowed to resell a character (adoptable / custom) for more than you paid unless it has an extra commissioned artwork (gifts / etc. are not added to the cost).

If you own one of my design and after time you decided to sale it, please, let me know! Or let me know who are the new owner (if they don't have a toyhouse). I want to keep my eye for all designs that I made, thank you!

Please do not put your own rules to my adoptables/designs/characters.

If you find someone from my blacklist claiming ownership of my designs, please let me know immediately so action can be taken or I'll think what I can do with it.

My designs can't be sold/traded/gifted/etc for people from my blacklist in any kind of way.

When you are purchasing adoptable/design/character from me and you are in paying off/payment plan status and you haven't paid it 100% off - you CAN NOT trade, sell or do any sort of actions with them. If you will be caught on doing this - you will be banned from owning my adoptable/design/character (+ any of them in the future) and adoptable/design/character will be returned to me without refunds.

Payment plans: if we agree on a payment plan for an adoptable/design/character of mine, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. If you haven't paid off adoptable/design/character of mine in time and haven't notified me/not replying back on my messages regarding payments (or changes in payments time) in 30 days - I am taking & putting this adoptable/design/character on "freezed" status.

Freezed status means: freezing status lasts 2 months in total, if trough this 2 months you haven't reached back to me/my attempts with communication with you have been failed - this adoptable/design/character fully getting back to me with all rights.

Create your own designs (for personal use or to make your own adoptables for sale).

Make reference sheets for pre-existing characters you already own.

Accept custom design commissions on the base for those who wish to make use of this base for an idea they have.

Price your designs and commissions using my base as you see it, I'm recommending and encourage users to price accordingly based on the time spent on the designs you create. There is no limit to how much you’re allowed to make.

Don't remove my watermark from bases. You can change it color and size (but keep it it recognizable and readable).

You’re allowed to make your own edits as you see it, there are no restrictions regarding this. You still must credit me in anyway.

I only sell PSDs files of my bases which is accessible on all art programs, I do not and WILL NOT make any other versions. Please do not ask me for it. For some (newest) bases I am including PNG versions.

In any kind of way and under any circumstances, you absolutely CAN NOT sell base off or share it with others once you have purchased it. If someone wishes to use the base, they must purchase the base directly from my store/patreon or my other socials where base available to purchase where link provided.

No traces are allowed of my bases, if you find someone doing this, please contact me immediately so it can be addressed and this person can be promptly blocked/blacklisted.

I absolutely don't mind when my bases are MIXED between each other or with other artist bases! Be sure that another artist are OK as well to mix their base! The only thing which you need to do is still CREDIT ME in any kind of way even if you've used small part from my base.

Regarding marketing rights, absolutely no prints, media or merchandise can have my bases included or made use of. If you are caught doing this, you will be blacklisted.

When my base is used in any kind of way, you must credit me by linking back to my socials or store link so other users can purchase! You can credit me by saying “Base by Malaikat”, but please, better to link me back.

You absolutely CAN NOT use my base (or any parts/items from it) in zoophilic / pedophilic themed works. This themes are prohibited and not acceptable.

NO REFUNDS on base purchases. All purchases are final.

You may only produce FREE addons.

NO original base files are allowed to be included in the file with the addon(s).

You may NOT commission or BE commissioned for addon(s).

Before sending someone your addon(s), CHECK if they have proof of owning (buying) this base from me. If you are not sure, please CONTACT me over any of my socials.
